take smile out of simile

twisted morning. shower schedule with the roommates was like imus, stupidly out of line. iron bike seat and washboard sidewalks were like hemorrhoids, pain in the rear. ordering a banana and a coffee was like the spelling bee loser, slowly saying the same thing hoping for a different result. my wallet is like the amora leopard, gonna take 5 years to find. but all is not lost; may be able to throw a frisbee this afternoon.

p.s. don't worry about the wallet-no money inside(figures) and there's probably a video floating around on youtube of me losing it.

There's a hint of familiarity to your writing. Oh, I know, it sounds a bit like motherhood. But all is not lost, perhaps a sweet girl will find the wallet, you will go on a date, fall madly in love, marry, have children. P.S. Have fun throwing the frisbee.
