My deepest and most sincere apologies, Blahg-lievers, for not posting yesterday. It's crunch time for us school-types, and ACU doesn't grant finals exemptions, even for the Editor-in-Chief. We here at the Blahg understand, perhaps for the first time, what graduate school is like-with U.S. flag in hand, setting up a tent and claiming a plot of ground in the library to permanently settle on.
Transition
And now a word of congratulation-helluva job, lobbyists of the Palindrome Campaign: 8002008. We're on pace to reach 800 by June 7th!! This is spectacular news!! No plans have changed yet but Blahg officials have called a preliminary meeting to discuss new long-term goals and corporate partnerships. Stay close.
And now what you've all been waiting for- an Old Stacian Update!! Our 1st XI Team is 1-1, while our A XI team remains UNDEFEATED!! We've got a couple of big East Kent League matches this weekend, so on this, the National Day of Prayer, hit those knees on behalf of our Cricket Comrades.
In ICC Cricket, while the cracker-jacks from the leper-colony that is Australia may have won the Cricket World Cup in the West Indies, and may be completely on top of the league, what really matters is that Pakistan is beating India. Eat that, India.
Also in sports, those rusty pieces of metal gave tetanus to our Nuggets and Amare is Goliath.
From all of us here at the Blahg, be good.
Sing along:
