blog diving

It has taken control. It is either Blog or Thanksgiving break.
With the subtlety of Realtree at Seaworld, the question has dawned on my intellectual horizon: Is there a "blog type"? Who among the population is likely to keep a blog? Is it goofy people who want to impress with their deepness so they write generally incoherent thoughts and call it a blog? Is it attention starved individuals reaching with all their might for a comment from somebody?
There is obviously some value in blogs; I don't know what. Until I figure out what it exactly is, I suppose I will simply add to the shallow end of the generally incoherent pool. If you are still reading, stop.
