The requirement is to write on "Faith and Reason." What in the world does that mean? I have the itch to write but not about faith or reason. Dave Barnes fills my ears and encourages me to put my thoughts in a place they can be remembered, if only by me. So onto the dilema of the day: faith and reason.

There is much to be said about faith and reason. But what can I say?

After another family Christmas picture session, my spirits are low. One child is crying because he got a stern talking to. Another child is crying because he got shoved and embarrassed by a third child. One parent is mad because no one is taking the time seriously. Another parent wants to leave because a fourth child keeps throwing things at the expensive camera. Family in its glory.

In the future I commit to spending more time before sharing my thoughts. Time. That is what's given to us and that is what's required and desired of us; both by God and by men. How will I use mine?
