Thank God for First Impressions

So I just watched 53 episodes of the greatest TV series in history, Arrested Development. Devotees (of the show, not the Blahg) will note that there were only 53 episodes made. Its been really busy around here. I'm thinking like a Bluth and unfortunately acting like a Bluth. Evidence below:

I had lunch today with Slade Sullivan and Chris Riley, ACU's General Council and Associate General Council respectively. It was a seminar in tongue biting for me not to recite a racy, inappropriate remark each of those painful 60 minutes. I'm sure I looked like a 6th grade Luke Reeves flirting with a girl: always starting comments then stopping and biting my finger while looking at the floor. Thanks a lot, Arrested Development.
Halbert and Justin: I dropped your names for possible future jobs- I'm afraid another thing that dropped is your chances of ever being employed at Abilene Christian University. My fault.

Welcome to the rest of your life Luke. AD is without a doubt the best show to never accumulate enough of a following to stay on the air longer than 3 seasons. Cassie and I watch nearly an episode a day since we tivo it on G4 (which is a channel that I didn't know existed until I ran a search for AD). I hope you let ACU's attorneys in on all of your new legal wisdom such as not being able to prosecute a husband and wife for the same crime.

Please tell me that you introduced our qualifications after a Tobias Funke worthy monologue.

May the blessings of Franklin be upon you this fine day,
