Chestfield minefield bested

HAZAA!!! The Old Stacians are victorious!! In their season opener versus Chestfield Cricket Club last Saturday, the Old Stacians A-XI team was not only victorious, they were record-setting. Daren Hawkes and Luca Sardo showed capra competence and combined for an unbroken partnership of 102 for the last wicket (club record)! However, our 1st-XI team's Chestfield match ended in defeat. How those uppity, drunken tree-huggers were able to beat us is beyond me. They should consider themselves lucky that we won't meet again this season as retribution would be swift and righteous.

This season-opening victory is cause for celebration, blahg-lievers, because we are one step closer to the Tom Dearman Trophy and the accompanying Cherry Vanilla Creme Blue Sky Party.

Transition

Tonight will see me at ACU's production of Little Shop of Horrors. Rick Moranis step aside-Seth Bazacas is in town.

Transition

The NBA Playoffs continue to sizzle like Liverpool's hatred for Chelsea. Kobe earns a knighting and Boozer gets 12 boards while giving up 9 inches to his match-up! Can't wait until the Nuggets meet the Magic in the championship game.

Close-up to make it personal

Thanks for tuning in, blahg-lievers. Enjoy the weekend.
